This is the wallpaper I'm using in my current desktop setup if anyone would wish to replicate it. ;)


As to the origin of the original wallpaper... I still don't know who to give credit to, neither does this guy , but he uploaded the original. Yay. :)

An excellent wallpaper. It's so simple (as the name implies) yet at the same time it has enough to keep you interested. The line texture is the icing on the cake.
It fits in perfect with this dark steel look I've got going on my Mac. :)

Thanks! Simplicity and minimalism is really the way to go for any desktop in my opinion. I'd love to see a screen of you "dark steel look" by the way. :)

Adium (the messenger) has a steel skin when it's open, the OS has the graphite theme to it (grey buttons and grey text highlighting), my audio workstations have a dark grey skin when open and the entire OS has that grey look to it to begin with. It all fits together rather nicely :)
Its simplicity + 1 since OSX has a grand total of 1 icon on the desktop, haha.
